1What Is a Cookie?
Cookies are small data files that may be stored on your device through your browser when you visit a website.
Cookies may be used for purposes such as maintaining your session, remembering preferences such as language, ensuring security and – to the extent you have consented – analysing usage or measuring marketing activities.

3Legal Framework and Consent Management
Under KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698), strictly necessary cookies may be used without explicit consent to the extent they are required to provide a website service explicitly requested by the user, to operate session and security functions, or to technically enable communication. Non-essential cookies such as analytics, advertising, remarketing or similar cookies are activated only on the basis of explicit consent given through an affirmative user action, unless another appropriate legal basis for processing applies.

5Cookies That May Be Encountered on the Odoo Platform
The table below lists the standard/possible cookies described in Odoo’s current website documentation. Not all of them are necessarily active on the NOX website at the same time. The definitive list of cookies actually active on the NOX website is verified using browser developer tools or a cookie scanning tool and is displayed with the same information in the Cookie Preference Centre.

In line with the Personal Data Protection Authority’s 2025 Cookie Guidelines, the cookie name, purpose, duration and first/third-party information must be clearly presented to the user.
6Third-Party Services and International Transfers
Where third-party services such as analytics, advertising, video, maps, social media or similar are enabled, these providers may use their own cookies or similar technologies. Where such services may result in the transfer of personal data abroad, the transfer is structured in accordance with the current requirements of Article 9 of KVKK; the data subject is informed to the extent necessary and the appropriate legal mechanism is applied.
7How Can You Manage Your Cookie Preferences?
You may give, refuse or later change your preference regarding non-essential cookies through the cookie panel shown on your first visit. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
You may also delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent certain website features, such as the contact form, session, basket or similar, from functioning properly.
8Distinction Between Explicit Consent and the Privacy Notice
The Cookie Policy informs the user; explicit consent, where required, is obtained separately through an affirmative choice. A default-consent approach along the lines of “By using this site you accept all cookies” is not applied.
9Updates
This Policy and the Cookie Preference Centre are updated as the technologies and service providers used change. If a new non-essential cookie category or purpose is added, renewed consent is obtained from the relevant user to the extent necessary.
